Dr. Samimi completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2000, earning a degree in psychobiology and graduating Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He attended the UCLA School of Medicine, graduating in 2004 with honors in surgery, and then completed his orthopedic surgery internship and residency at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles from 2004-2009.
Dr. Samimi has authored multiple peer-reviewed articles published in esteemed clinical journals and published a book chapter on Musculoskeletal Trauma Surgery in Current Diagnosis & Treatment Orthopedics.
